Gynecologic Cancer DiagnosisIf you have an abnormal PAP smear or other symptoms that suggest the possibility of a gynecologic cancer, your doctor may order diagnostic tests such as:

  • Biopsy
  • CA-125
  • Colposcopy
  • Dilation and curettage (D&C)
  • Pap test
  • Pelvic ultrasound
  • Transvaginal ultrasound (TVU)
  • CT scan
  • PET/CT scan
  • Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
