Giving to the Annual Fund
There are many ways to support our hospital, beginning with a gift each year to the Annual Fund. Through special letters to donors and personal appeals, the foundation raises funds in order to respond to hospital needs such as capital equipment acquisition, educational and complementary care programs for patients and continuing education for clinical nursing staff. Private donations provide essential funding to all areas of the hospital that are not funded by other sources.
Tribute Gifts...Honoring Life
Tribute gifts to the New Milford Hospital Foundation are a meaningful way to honor or remember family members, friends, a caring nurse, or dedicated physician, while supporting immediate and ongoing needs of the hospital. A tribute gift gives donors the personal satisfaction of knowing their gifts will help care for patients and fund a variety of patient care services. When a donor makes a tribute gift, he or she receives an acknowledgement, with the required tax information. Notification of their gift is promptly sent to the person or family designated.
