New Milford Hospital's marketing and public relations professionals are committed to being responsive and as helpful as possible with media inquiries within the time frames requested. If there is an urgent need for information outside of normal working hours, the director is on call and can be paged through the hospital's main number at 860-355-2611.
We view our role as a partnership with reporters and editors to help news organizations provide the most timely, accurate and understandable health information.
When a reporter contacts us, we will ask the focus of the story and the deadline. We will always respond, even if it is to tell a reporter that we cannot get the information by the deadline or at all.
