At New Milford Hospital we want to provide the best possible service to our patients. In order to do that we need to know what we're doing right and what needs improvement. This means we must depend on our patients to keep us informed.
Press Ganey Associates assists us in this endeavor by mailing surveys, calculating returns and developing extensive quarterly reports. In addition, Press Ganey provides many services that enable us to follow trends, receive important information on healthcare initiatives and continually review department performance.
At present New Milford Hospital contracts with Press Ganey for inpatient, emergency services, One Day Surgery (includes gastro & the heart center) and our Regional Cancer Center.
